  • Since joining Golden Line, I have realized the difference between generalized training and actual personalized training! One of the first things my coach asked me was what my goal was for this year. I wanted to make semifinals after just missing it last year. We had limited time (about three months) until semifinals was here. It was a long shot. But he found what I needed to work on just by seeing the numbers I was putting in, and he found even more things needing work when we met in person!   • I have been working with Greg for two years now and it is the best decision I have ever made for my fitness. I am a completely different athlete than I was prior to starting. Greg has helped me dial in everything so I can perform when it counts.
